 After selecting a design and expressing your desire to proceed with the build, we will conduct a comprehensive cost evaluation. This process enables you to ascertain the value of your idea and make an informed decision regarding further progression. 

 In addition to delivering superior furniture, we prioritize offering exemplary customer service. The contract agreement will delineate precisely what is included in the quoted price, ensuring transparency. Upon the signature of both parties, the contract will be finalized, and bring your vision to life 

 Our in-house crafted furniture is meticulously designed to uphold standards of accuracy and precision. Through a meticulous process, sketches and pictures are integrated to generate a 3D rendering encompassing all details. No work will commence until the design is approved by you.

 We recognize the significance of color and finishes to our customers, and we are committed to providing comprehensive assistance regarding color samples. Our aim is to ensure your confidence in visualizing the appearance of your selected piece of furniture 

 After all decisions have been confirmed, we will commence the crafting process to bring your vision to life. It's important to note that modifications following this stage can be challenging to accommodate. Therefore, we encourage you to take your time and thoroughly review all aspects to ensure that the end result aligns precisely with your desires.

 We will reach out to you as your project approaches completion to schedule a pick-up or delivery date. During this time, we highly encourage you to conduct a thorough inspection of the finished work to ensure that it aligns with your expectation and vision.
